Frazer Jones is now working with an Asset management firm based in central London, in search for a Benefits Advisor to join this organisation on a permanent basis. We are keen to speak to human resources professionals with benefits experience and/or benefits professionals with international exposure in negotiations and vendor management

Role responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have internal experience in managing benefits and all the related issues which entails designing and developing communications tools, distributing materials for the firm's orientation, open enrolment and summary plan .

  • Be able to manage and coordinate processing employee benefits
  • Supporting and liaising with the payroll department to ensure correct processing
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee quires
  • Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package. Design and distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrolment and summary plan descriptions.
  • Responsible for ensuring that HR data is updated on the HR systems regarding the employee life cycle.
  • Participate in cross-functional team projects to enhance systems and global processes.

  • Responsible for ensuring that HR data is updated on the HR systems regarding the employee life cycle.
  • Participate in cross-functional team projects to enhance systems and global processes. - Part of the team which is responsible for Global Management Information (MI) data requests internally and externally for the HR team.

Candidate experience:

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a similar role 3- 5 years
  • Strong project-management skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
  • Confidence in dealing with challenging clients and ability to influence beyond own sphere of responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively both orally and in writing.
