We are currently working on an HRBP role at an asset management firm in NYC. Our client is looking for an ambitious, high caliber individual to provide HR support at both a strategic and operational level. This role will partner with senior leaders in the US, LATAM & Australia. In this role, you will have responsibility for building relationships with Senior Leaders, HR colleagues and subject matter specialists, in order to successfully deliver on HR strategy and services in a fast past paced, dynamic, performance driven environment. This all-encompassing role includes responsibilities in recruitment, compensation, benefits, talent development, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, employee engagement and recognition, culture change, mobility, performance management, Employee Relations, employee onboarding and off-boarding activities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience as an HRBP. You will have thorough knowledge of US employment law and a well-rounded knowledge of talent strategy, performance management, workforce planning, and compensation. We are seeking someone that has experience working with a global organization and has excellent attention to detail.
