We are always engaging with those working in HR and specialist functions, such as payroll and HRIS; hosting a number of HR Directors' Circles throughout the year in Amsterdam to encourage the sharing of best practice, personal experience and expertise. Previous speakers have included high profile leaders and experts from AKD, ING and OrangeTrail.
We always secure top-level speakers with deep expertise on specific topics to not only present but engage all attendees in thought provoking discussion. We tend to live stream our events to our global audience and encourage people to message in and ask our speaker questions on the topic.
We are passionate about future HR talent and also run a series of educational workshops on current topics and trends, free of charge.
We are always delighted to work in partnership with other companies. In this instance we partnered with law firm AKD. One of the lawyers from AKD presented a workshop on GDPR and what we should know and be doing at this stage as an HR professional.
Frazer Jones Amsterdam hosted an event around Employee Engagement and looking at how Chatbots could revolutionise the way we listen to employee sentiment. We were delighted to welcome back Mandy Chooi who introduced us to Phil Kropp from OrangeTrail. Phil presented a demo Bot focused entirely on a new way to conquer the MOS (Massive Online Surveys) and interact with the employees in way that was instantaneous. We were delighted to have live streamed this event globally.
In partnership with IDEXX Laboratories, Frazer Jones was delighted to host our HR Directors’ Circle event on: Should HR take the lead for innovation? We had the pleasure of welcoming Mandy Chooi as our speaker, previously Global Director of Strategy & Innovation for HR at ING Bank, who discussed the changing HR Landscape with Artificial Intelligence entering everyday life. Mandy also discussed the need for HR to not just be a partner to the business during change but rather be the instigator by leading through boldness and innovation. Her unique experience at ING acted as a backdrop to what has been already been done well but also what could be done to enhance such programmes.
