For my client I am currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist. In this standalone role you will report to the Team Leader Talent Acquisition Europe.
- Responsible for the end to end recruitment process in the EMEA region
- Create multidisciplinary candidate pools
- Take an innovative and continuous improvement approach on sourcing, interviewing and recruitment processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Select and manage external recruiting agencies where needed
Key experience, knowledge and skills
- A minimum of 5 years recruitment experience
- Corporate recruitment experience is a must, ideally combined with agency recruitment
- Hands-on mentality
- Ability to challenge senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English, preferably a second language
