New Division: Reward across the BeNeLux

Over a decade ago, Frazer Jones launched a Reward division within its global HR search and recruitment practice in London. Whilst I was living and working in the UK, I had the pleasure to lead this exceptional team. The team is renowned for its capability to help clients secure market leading Heads of Reward and compensation professionals at all levels.

Together with Brad Law, who is now the Partner of our USA business, we focused on executive search for roles such as Head of Compensation & Benefits across mainland Europe. Based out of our London headquarters, we successfully transacted numerous assignments for clients such as Amazon, SGS, Teva, TetraPac and many others across the continent.

Our recruitment consultants are trusted advisors to our network of senior HR professionals and as a result, we are best placed to sub-specialise into Reward as these specialist leaders typically report into the Head of HR. In 2017 we opened our Amsterdam office to strengthen our delivery model across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (BeNeLux). We have successfully concluded many Heads of HR, Talent, Learning and Talent Acquisition roles and also filled a large number of Reward roles. The Compensation & Benefits roles that we have transacted since our launch have been mainly within financial services but also across other industry sectors. These roles have covered the entire Reward function including Benefits Management. Naturally, compensation specialist roles have played a major part too. We have equally gained quite some experience in Remuneration Regulation assignments and successfully placed leaders into Human Capital consultancy roles as well.

Following the success of our Reward division in London and the work undertaken across the BeNeLux, we are very proud to have launched our Reward & HRIS specialist division also here in Amsterdam as of September 2018. To my knowledge, there are very view executive search bureaus in Europe who have a similar offering.
